Kansai Tube strives to gain the trust and meet the expectations of customers. We continually maintain our factory manufacturing environment to ensure it is clean and hygienic.
We have set up an original inspection system based on the procedures of the ISO 9001 International Standard, which we use to inspect everything from receiving the raw materials used in tubes to the shipment of finished products. This system allows us to guarantee quality that meets the GMP (standards for manufacturing control and quality control of pharmaceutical products).
Our rigorous quality control in accordance with ISO 9001 standards has enabled us to build a relationship of trust with our customers.
MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
Within a strictly controlled manufacturing environment, we produce and supply safe products that can also be used as tubes for pharmaceuticals.
Our workers wear uniforms and follow the standards for entering the factory as is required in the manufacturing environment of pharmaceutical products. This prevents the mistaken inclusion of foreign objects in the products, and ensures their safety.
We have installed a Class 1000 clean booth to ensure a manufacturing environment that eliminates even microscopic foreign substances.
We use resin delivery cases to meet the needs of the pre-processes of pharmaceutical manufacturers.
