Laminate Tube
We start by laying in a safe and reliable original laminate sheet.
Designs and lettering are printed continuously onto the sheet’s surface.
We use UV curable ink for the printing.
The rolled up laminate sheet is cut into a card shape in the dimensions of a single tube.
The card-shaped laminate sheet is wrapped into a cylindrical shape to create the body (sleeve) using high frequency heat welding.
The head section (screw and shoulder sections) is welded into shape on the body (sleeve). Based on the specifications, the membrane is also welded on at the same time.
A cap is fit onto the tube by controlling the torque.
The quality of the tube’s interior and exterior is rigorously checked before it is packaged.
The tube is checked one more time, and then shipped to the customer.
