Aluminum Tube
Lubricant is evenly coated on the material (aluminum slag) surface.
The slag is shaped into a tube by the process of impact extrusion.
The tube is cut into the ordered length, while the opening is thread rolled.
Heat is applied to the tube, which is then gradually cooled to soften it.
Based on the specifications, a protective film is coated and seared onto the tube’s inner surface to protect it from the contents.
A base coat is applied to the tube’s exterior surface.
Designs and lettering are printed onto the tube’s exterior surface.
A cap is fit onto the tube by controlling the torque.
Based on the specifications, the tube is coated with an adhesive to prevent the contents from leaking.
The quality of the tube’s interior and exterior is rigorously checked before it is packaged.
The tube is checked one more time, and then shipped to the customer.
